On 26th July, Mr. ZHANG Jinwang, director of Management Committee of Taiyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone(MCTETDZ), and Mr. DONG Liang, vice director of MCTETDZ, inspected the new base construction project of ICC. ICC director WANG Jianguo met with Mr. ZHANG and Mr. DONG.

After hearing Prof. GUO Quangui’s report on ICC’s plan of building a carbon material base at Taiyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Mr. ZHANG Jinwang spoke highly of ICC’s achievements in the field of carbon materials and hoped that this kiloton carbon material base would be implemented as soon as possible, suggesting that the follow-up industry chain be properly positioned and the base be operated in an enterprise mode. He also said that MCTETDZ would like to support this project by offering preferential policies in tax revenue and investment attraction.

ICC director WANG Jianguo expressed sincere gratitude to MCTETDZ for its strong support to ICC. He said that the construction of this new base is a key project of ICC and ICC would overcome all the difficulties to build the base into a strong backing of ICC’s sustainable development.
